·Seventh win for Jorge Lorenzo in Czech Grand Prix
Fiat Yamaha rider Jorge Lorenzo had won again in the USA and, with nearest rival Dani Pedrosa crashing out, the 24-year-old was even further ahead in the 2010 FIM MotoGP World Championship. ·Pedrosa wins in Germany, Rossi back in action
23-year-old Jorge Lorenzo was leading the way in the 2010 FIM MotoGP World Championship, the Fiat Yamaha rider helped by the absence of team-mate Valentino Rossi. ·Jorge Lorenzo wins again in Catalan Grand Prix
Valentino Rossi had already missed three Grands Prix through injury, and Fiat Yamaha team-mate Jorge Lorenzo had won two of these, to add to two previous victories. The 2010 FIM MotoGP World Championship was now between Lorenzo and the pair of Repsol Honda riders, whichever could go on to mount the most consistent challenge.

·Jorge Lorenzo wins on MotoGP return to Silverstone
Following an injury that took Valentino Rossi out of contention, the 2010 FIM MotoGP World Championship looked like it could be going in the direction of his Fiat Yamaha team-mate Jorge Lorenzo, who had already been leading the Italian. But the race at Mugello had been won by Repsol Honda rider Dani Pedrosa, and at this stage the title race was far from over.
·Rossi is out and Pedrosa wins in Italian MotoGP race

·Jorge Lorenzo wins again in French MotoGP race

The third race would be taking place in France, where Lorenzo had won in 2009.
